The short version
This site sets no cookies of its own. Nothing is written to your browser for analytics, advertising or profiling, which is why you are not being shown a consent banner.
It does load fonts and two animation libraries from other companies. Those requests do not set cookies either, but they do reveal your IP address to the provider. That is covered below and in the privacy notice.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to store and hand back on the next visit. Related technologies such as local storage and session storage do the same job in a different place. Some are needed for a site to function. Most exist to measure or to advertise.

Controlling cookies yourself
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies, and most offer a setting that refuses third party cookies outright. Look under privacy or site settings in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Blocking everything will not break this site, because this site does not depend on cookies.
