Who these terms are with

These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

They cover the website only. Any engagement between you and the firm is governed by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement, and where the two conflict, that agreement wins.

Using the site

You may read the site, print pages for your own reference and share links to it. You may not scrape it, republish substantial parts of it, attempt to interfere with how it runs, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Ownership of what is here

The text, the design, the code, the logo and the illustrations belong to Athel Advisory LLC or to its licensors. Nothing on this page transfers any of that to you. The name and the mark may not be used without written permission.

Nothing here is advice

Everything on this site, including the articles, is general information written for a wide audience. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not an offer to buy or sell anything or to act as your broker.

Do not act on anything you read here without taking advice on your own situation. An advisory relationship with the firm begins when a written agreement is signed, and not before.

Enquiries and proposals

Sending the contact form does not create a relationship between us and does not oblige either side to anything. Any scope, timeline or price we discuss before signing is an estimate and may change once we have seen the detail.

Because there is no relationship yet, treat anything you send at this stage as not confidential. Do not send material that is privileged or subject to a confidentiality obligation until we have agreed how to handle it.

Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and we do not endorse it. Following an external link is at your own risk.

Availability

We try to keep the site up but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including this page, without notice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Athel Advisory LLC is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you relied on while reading it.

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of your own country.

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the revision.
